Steve Wardell is a leading industry expert who helps water and wastewater treatment facilities maximize their dewatering and thickening capabilities through optimum chemical selection and implementation. After spending over 25 years working with a wide spectrum of polymer and flocculants, in a whole host of applications, Steve knows what truly drives efficiency, and knows how to determine not only the best product for the application, but also how to give the most value to his clients. By sticking to a philosophy of always doing what he says he will do, and choosing to do the right thing every time, Steve has earned the trust and loyalty of those he is truly grateful to have had the opportunity to serve.
Steve has worked with systems as large as NYC, and as small as a single drying bed, and everything in between. In addition to his extensive experience with polymer, Steve is experienced in lead and copper control, red water control, and optimization of chemical feed systems.

Tammy Peebles, Office Manager
Tammy Peebles is one of the most customer-centric and organized individuals you will ever meet. Tammy joined Clean Waters as the office manager, bringing with her many years of customer service experience from the medical field. It was there that she managed billing for hundreds of patients, helping them to navigate through complex insurance plans as easily and seamless as possible.
Tammy has transformed Clean Waters’ customer service by developing our Customer 360 program, which offers full transparency and constant communication at each milestone throughout the ordering and delivery process. Tammy is a true customer advocate who makes it her mission to know the status and location of every order, staying in contact with the manufacturer and trucking companies during the entire process. As a customer of Clean Waters, you will always know where your order stands and when to expect delivery of your product.

Ryan’s attention to detail and endless determination to continuously achieve the highest level of quality has been crucial in standardizing our test procedures to ensure consistent maximum results. His knowledge and experience ranges from some of the largest cities to very small and unique systems, and he treats each with equal importance. When you witness Ryan test, you can easily see that he absolutely loves what he does. Ryan is honored to serve on the boards of both Vermont Rural Water and New Hampshire Rural Water.
